Principal Platform Architect - Morning Shift

10Pearls is looking for an experienced Principal Platform Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Solutions to lead the design, implementation, and strategic planning of Oracle-based enterprise systems. This role demands a strong architectural vision and the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving innovation, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of Oracle platforms across multiple business units, while also mentoring technical teams to deliver robust Oracle solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of Oracle solutions across various business units, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security. Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for the Oracle technology stack. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Champion innovation by promoting the adoption of new Oracle technologies and cloud-based solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Oracle development and infrastructure teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Oversee the seamless integration of Oracle solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms. Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technical evaluations for Oracle projects. Define and manage Oracle architecture roadmaps that align with overall business strategy and IT capabilities. Work collaboratively with vendors and third-party service providers on Oracle-related engagements. Support troubleshooting efforts and performance tuning for Oracle databases and applications.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle architecture, development, and implementation. Proven track record in a Principal Architect or equivalent senior technical leadership role. Extensive expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and related technologies. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks. Hands-on experience with cloud migrations, hybrid architectures, and Oracle Cloud applications. Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and experience managing diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated capability to lead large-scale, complex Oracle implementations and upgrades.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
