We are currently seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst (L8) to join our Finance team in Karachi. This individual contributor will support financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting for key business lines, requiring strong analytical skills, business insight, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Perform variance analysis and deliver actionable insights on business performance across multiple metrics.
- Collaborate closely with business units and vertical finance teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting financial results.
- Support month-end closing activities and prepare comprehensive management reporting packages.
- Assist in scenario planning and strategic modeling to inform leadership decisions.
- Continuously improve reporting tools and enhance data quality to boost forecasting accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or business analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with confidence in managing large datasets.
- Experience with ERP or FP&A software such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to clearly synthesize complex financial information.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach focused on stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
