The Talent & Culture team plays a crucial role in creating a workplace where employees thrive, working closely with business leaders to align people strategies with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders in Pakistan to design and execute people strategies that drive business performance and enhance employee engagement.
- Provide coaching and influence to senior leadership on organizational design, leadership development, talent planning, and managing change effectively.
- Work alongside Centres of Excellence to implement solutions related to performance management, learning and development, compensation, and talent acquisition.
- Lead strategic initiatives aimed at boosting leadership effectiveness, improving team dynamics, and supporting organizational transformation.
- Champion Careem’s culture by developing and rolling out initiatives that reflect company values and promote desired ways of working.
- Leverage data and insights to identify trends, propose actionable improvements, and support continuous organizational growth.
- Offer expert advice on people policies, employment law, and HR best practices relevant to the Pakistan market.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a business partnering capacity.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, technology-driven, or high-growth environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the capacity to influence without direct authority.
- Demonstrated success in coaching leaders, driving culture change, and delivering strategic HR initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR practices in Pakistan.
- High level of personal credibility, integrity, and alignment with Careem’s core values.
