Software Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Project Manager to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives and manage AI-related projects, ensuring the effective integration of AI technologies into our business processes. This role demands strong leadership abilities and the capacity to oversee multiple software projects from initiation through to successful completion, all while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage software projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and implementation.
- Supervise outsourced components of software projects, maintaining quality standards and timely delivery.
- Track project progress, identify risks early, and apply mitigation strategies to keep projects on course.
- Maintain comprehensive and current project documentation and schedules.
- Conduct project reviews to uncover opportunities for process enhancements.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and within defined scope.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 6 to 7 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
