ORM (Online Reputation Management) Specialist

We are seeking a committed Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist to safeguard and enhance our brand’s image across multiple digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively monitoring the company’s online presence, ensuring positive interactions, and addressing any negative feedback in a timely manner. This role involves close collaboration with various internal teams to uphold and strengthen the brand’s credibility and visibility in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor brand mentions across social media platforms, review sites, forums, blogs, and news outlets to stay updated on public sentiment.
- Track and analyze sentiment trends using ORM tools to detect potential reputation risks or opportunities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, complaints, and inquiries to maintain a favorable brand image.
- Work closely with internal teams such as customer service, public relations, and marketing to resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and credibility online.
- Publish and promote positive content to mitigate negative publicity and reinforce the brand’s reputation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in Online Reputation Management, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Excellent communication and writing skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with ORM tools such as Brand24, Mention, Hootsuite, and Google Alerts.

This is a full-time, in-person role that requires availability for evening and night shifts. The salary range for this position is Rs60,000 to Rs80,000 per month.
