KW Aviation Group is in aviation business since 1947, We’re a 4th generation growing and dynamic organization dedicated to operational excellence. We are seeking a results-driven BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to lead the acquisition of new clients and drive revenue growth in the advertising and media sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong industry connections, and the ability to develop creative, client-focused advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in advertising across digital, print, OOH, and broadcast platforms.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at brands, agencies, and media buyers.

* Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and campaign execution teams to design tailored proposals and pitches.

* Negotiate and close high-value advertising deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

* Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.

* Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).

* 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the advertising/media industry.

* Strong understanding of advertising solutions including digital media (Google Ads, social platforms), traditional media (Electronic, print), and programmatic.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

* Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

We Offer:

* Pay Scale starting from Rs180,000.00 per month (Negotiable depending on profile)

* 3 years Contractual Job offer upon completion of probationary period.

* Appraisal on yearly basis. Regular and punctual to work and on-time task completion will be counted for the appraisals.

* EOBI born by company.

* Other benefits for out performers upon managements discretion.
