Zapped LLC is a UAE-based e-commerce company operating multiple successful online brands in fashion, skincare, and lifestyle tech.

We focus on digital-first retail, blending data-driven marketing with creative brand storytelling to deliver products people love — from men’s casual wear to skincare essentials and smart accessories.

We’re expanding our E-Commerce Growth Team and hiring a Performance Marketing & CRM Manager in Pakistan.

The role is a blend of growth + retention → run high-performance ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google) and manage CRM automation (Klaviyo, Email, SMS, WhatsApp).

🎯 Responsibilities:

Scale paid ads for UAE/KSA markets.

Optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV.

Build & manage CRM flows (cart recovery, win-back, VIP).

Deliver weekly performance & growth reports.

📍 Location: Pakistan (Remote – UAE/KSA focus)

💰 Compensation: Base PKR 200,000/month + performance bonus (if ROAS ≥ 3.5, total package up to PKR 400,000–600,000/month).

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Management, and Campaign Development
• Skills in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing
• Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Consumer Behavior Analysis
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Experience with advertising platforms and marketing automation tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus
