Job Description

E Commerce UK is seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Assistant based in Karachi to support its e-commerce operations on site. This role focuses on optimizing product listings and managing activities within Amazon Seller Central to drive sales performance and improve product visibility. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of e-commerce processes and a hands-on approach to managing the daily responsibilities associated with Amazon marketplace listings. This position does not involve team management but requires excellent collaboration skills to coordinate with other departments as needed. The Amazon Assistant works closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all product information is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the brand standards. The candidate should be comfortable navigating Amazon Seller Central tools, conducting keyword research, and identifying opportunities for listing enhancements. Being present at the Karachi office allows direct involvement in operational activities and prompt resolution of any issues related to product listings or order management.
Responsibilities
 

• Optimize product listings by updating titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
• Manage all activities within Amazon Seller Central including product uploads, inventory management, and pricing updates.
• Monitor daily sales, customer feedback, and competitor listings to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
• Conduct research on Amazon marketplace trends to inform product listing strategies and enhance visibility.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines to maintain account health and prevent suspensions or penalties.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotions, advertising campaigns, and product launches with listing content.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of product information, pricing changes, and inventory levels.
• Communicate promptly with logistics and customer service teams to address order fulfillment issues and customer inquiries related to product listings.
• Provide regular reports on listing performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements based on data analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest Amazon Seller Central tools and resources to continuously enhance operational efficiency.
