Responsibilities
 

• Prepare and cook high-quality smash beef burgers with consistent flavor and presentation, following established recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Assist in the kitchen by preparing ingredients, cleaning work areas, and supporting the chef to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Operate coffee machines and prepare a variety of coffee and espresso drinks with expert technique to meet customer expectations.
• Serve beverages and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the barista station.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems while providing friendly and courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant including kitchen, dining, and cashier areas.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and feedback to enhance satisfaction.
• Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies and communicate needs to supervisors to ensure availability.
