Birthday Sales Executive

Job Description

AA Joyland Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Birthday Sales Executive with at least two years of experience to drive sales and enhance client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Prospecting, Lead Generation, Product Knowledge, and Upselling and Cross Selling. 

Responsibilities
 

• Generate and convert leads for birthday party bookings through calls, emails, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Promote birthday packages, upsell add-ons, and customize options based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Provide detailed information to clients regarding pricing, packages, and services offered.
• Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Actively participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to boost sales.
