Jotnexus is seeking a highly motivated Cold Caller Upseller to join their dynamic sales team. This performance-driven role requires a confident and results-oriented individual who excels at closing deals and generating revenue through the sale of digital services such as website development and ongoing marketing solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in cold calling, upselling techniques, lead qualification, and call script adherence. This role does not involve managing a team but requires disciplined self-management and pipeline oversight to maintain consistent follow-ups and builds strong client relationships. Responsibilities
 

  • Conduct outbound and inbound cold calls to prospective and existing clients, following established call scripts to ensure message clarity and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional digital services such as SEO, social media management, and website maintenance to maximize client lifetime value.
  • Qualify leads based on client needs and potential for service adoption to focus efforts on high-conversion prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering appropriate digital solutions.
  • Manage and organize the sales pipeline with systematic follow-ups to ensure leads are nurtured effectively and deals are closed promptly.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets by closing deals efficiently and driving repeat business through upsells and recurring services.
  • Track sales activities and results accurately to optimize sales strategies and contribute insights to team discussions and management.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to communicate value propositions clearly and address client questions confidently.
  • Demonstrate resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejections, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout the sales process.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continually improve upselling skills and sales techniques aligned with company goals.
