• Connect with international (US-based) clients via calls, chats, and emails
• Present eCommerce services and convert leads into clients
• Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations professionally
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
