We are looking for a friendly and professional individual to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and contribute to a positive dining experience. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in maintaining high service standards and supporting the team during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately take customer orders at the counter and/or using the POS system.
- Promote menu items and current deals to boost sales through effective upselling.
- Handle cash, card, and discount transactions with accuracy and accountability.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter and dining area.
- Replenish condiments, packaging materials, and other essentials at the counter.
- Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to food safety, hygiene, and service quality.
- Participate in daily opening and closing duties of the counter.
- Support teammates during peak hours, fostering a cooperative and team-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or food service roles.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling various payment methods accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs40,000.
