About this Role:

We are looking for an experienced Field Collection Analyst to build and optimize our field collection processes. In this role, you will design and implement efficient collection workflows, create actionable reports, conduct tests to ensure accuracy, and continuously improve the collection process.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and document the field collection process from the beginning to the end.
Create, update, and manage reports that track collection progress, accuracy, and efficiency.
Conduct tests to identify potential issues and optimize the collection workflow.
Support the field collection team by providing training, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Analyze collected data to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on data collection and reporting standards.
Continuously monitor the performance of the field collection process, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in collection processes (or operations/analytical roles as a plan B).
Strong proficiency in SQL, or Python, or similar tools (ability to analyze and manipulate data).
Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration, reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
Additional Requirements/Preferences:

Ability to work with large data sets and manage complex processes.
Familiarity with field collection tools and technologies is a plus.
A proactive attitude toward process improvement and continuous learning.
