About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Statistics Tutor with a strong background in teaching the IGCSE or GCSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of helping students understand and excel in statistics, using engaging and effective teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in Statistics aligned with the IGCSE/GCSE curriculum.
Create customized lesson plans and materials based on student needs and progress.
Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
Help students build strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
Prepare students for exams with practice tests, revision strategies, and exam techniques.
Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and assessment methods.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Statistics at IGCSE or GCSE level.
Strong understanding of the Cambridge and/or Edexcel curriculum standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms (for remote positions).
