Job Description:

We are looking for a Bidder with experience on Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, writing compelling proposals, managing client communication, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru platforms
Write custom proposals tailored to client requirements
Engage and communicate professionally with potential clients
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of active prospects
Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bidder on Upwork, Freelancer, and/or Guru
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Knowledge of IT services: web development, design, apps, software, SEO, etc.
Strong understanding of freelance platform algorithms and best practices
Ability to work independently and within a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Job Details:

Location: Karachi (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 6months-1+ year preferred
Salary: Market competitive (based on experience)
Job Timings: 6pm to 3am (Night Shift Only)
