Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Freelance Lead Generation Expert to build our client pipeline with high-quality leads for our services. This 100% commission-based role is ideal for go-getters who love driving results and want uncapped earning potential with a fast-growing agency.
Responsibilities:
Source leads for website development ($100-$10,000 projects), social media management ($500-$3,000/month), and SEO ($500-$5,000/month).
Create targeted outreach via email (Mailchimp), LinkedIn messages, or calls to engage small businesses, startups, and local firms.
Qualify leads to match our client profile (e.g., budget, needs, timeline).
Log leads in HubSpot CRM for transparent, collaborative tracking.
Work with us to sharpen pitches and boost conversions.
Compensation:
Commission-Only Pay: Earn 25% of the first project’s value for each client you bring who signs a contract, paid within 7 days of client payment. No fixed salary or retainers.
Earning Potential:
$1000 website project = $250 commission.
Bonus: Earn an extra 10% (total 35%) for 10+ qualified leads/month that convert to proposals.

Requirements:
Experience in B2B lead generation, preferably for digital agencies (web, SEO, social media).
Comfort with tools like Hunter.io, Mailchimp, HubSpot CRM, or LinkedIn (we provide free access).
Skilled in email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, or cold calling to reach small businesses.
Self-driven and okay with a commission-only model.
Clear communication to align leads with our vibrant brand (we’ll provide pitch templates).
Bonus: Experience targeting e-commerce, local businesses, or startups.
