Upwork Bidder (Full-Time | On-Site in Karachi)

Digitomacy is looking for a motivated and sharp Upwork Bidder to join our team on-site at our Karachi office. Your main role will be to help us secure web design/development projects through Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant web projects on Upwork
Write clear, tailored proposals for each client
Communicate professionally with potential clients
Collaborate with the team to understand project scope, services, and pricing
Track bids, responses, and client interactions

What We’re Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in bidding for web-related projects
Understanding of web design and development basics
Detail-oriented and organized with follow-ups
Ability to work independently and meet targets

Bonus:
Previous experience in a digital agency
Must be comfortable with night shift
