Upwork Bidder - Lead Generation Specialist

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Upwork Sales & Bidding Expert at The Pulse Tech, located in Bahadurabad, Karachi Division. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to spearhead our Upwork sales efforts. The Upwork Sales & Bidding Expert will be responsible for aggressively pursuing new business opportunities, crafting winning proposals, securing high-value projects, and driving sales growth through Upwork. This role involves managing the entire bidding process, coordinating with freelancers to ensure project success, and delivering top-quality work on time to build a strong client reputation. Office Timing: 2:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and bid on high-potential Upwork projects to maximize sales and revenue.
Develop compelling, tailored proposals that showcase our expertise and win client trust.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with freelancers to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of exceptional work.
Drive business development strategies to establish The Pulse Tech as a top Upwork service provider.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Upwork sales, bidding, and business development with a track record of winning projects.
Strong Upwork project management and freelancer coordination skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to close deals and build client relationships.
Ability to work on-site in Bahadurabad, Karachi Division, during the specified hours (2:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
Outstanding organizational and time management skills to handle multiple bids and projects efficiently.
Experience in tech industry projects is a significant advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Technology).
Self-motivated, sales-driven, and comfortable working late-night shifts to align with global client time zones.
