- **2–3 years of hands-on experience** managing Freelancer.com, Upwork, and other freelancing accounts.

- Proven ability to **lead and motivate a team** to meet deadlines and targets.

- **Excellent communication skills** (written and verbal) for client interactions and team coordination.

- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and ensure seamless workflow.

- Comfort working **night shifts** (onsite in Karachi).

- Managing freelancer accounts, bids, and client relationships across platforms.
