Human Capital is hiring for its client, a reputable organization in the FMCG sector, for the position of Assistant Manager Finance – Financial Reporting. We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with strong expertise in reporting, compliance, and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting processes including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Prepare and review Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and other financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Support management reporting and decision-making with accurate financial insights.
• Improve finance processes through ERP systems and automation tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong command of financial reporting and month-end close processes.
• Hands-on experience with financial statements preparation.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

• ACA, ACCA, ICMA, or equivalent qualification / finalist.

Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, audit, or finance operations.
