Responsibilities
 

• Lead and supervise a team of four retail associates, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor daily retail operations to maintain high standards of customer service, product presentation, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement within the store environment.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to improve their skills and productivity, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluation for the retail team to optimize workforce efficiency.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely stock replenishment and accurate inventory records.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for enhancing retail operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards within the retail setting.
• Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and operational challenges for senior management review.
