Join the Poverty Eradication Initiative (PEI) as a Php Software Developer, where you will play a vital role in building and maintaining web applications that support meaningful social causes. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in PHP and related technologies to deliver efficient, reliable solutions that align with project goals and client expectations. You will participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with project teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional software that drives positive impact. This position requires at least five years of professional experience and a strong command of database management, testing and debugging, continuous integration, SQL, and data modeling. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, it offers significant opportunities for independent contribution and technical growth within a purposeful organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop dynamic and responsive web applications using PHP and related technologies, ensuring code quality and performance.

- Participate fully in the software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand project objectives and translate them into high-quality software solutions.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and industry best practices.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, enhancing application reliability and user experience.

- Utilize database management skills to design, implement, and optimize SQL queries and data models supporting application functionality.

- Implement continuous integration processes to streamline development workflows and ensure consistent code integration.

- Monitor project timelines and work consistently to deliver tasks within agreed deadlines, maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.

- Stay informed about new web development technologies and industry trends to continually improve skills and incorporate innovative solutions.

- Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and support materials.
