Key Responsibilities
Represent the company as the primary point of contact during customer interactions, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Actively promote and pitch customer reviews across various online platforms to strengthen the company’s digital reputation. Engage directly with customers to resolve concerns, respond to inquiries, and acknowledge positive feedback promptly. Consistently achieve daily review targets while maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all customer communications. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for service enhancement. Ensure that all communications comply with the company’s quality and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service or review specialist role. Strong communication and conversational skills are essential to effectively engage with customers. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently are critical for managing multiple responsibilities. Demonstrated punctuality and problem-solving skills are required to maintain high performance. A collaborative, team-oriented attitude is necessary, along with flexibility to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While a minimum of one year of customer service experience is required, prior experience specifically as a reviews specialist is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position based in PECHS, Block-6, Karachi, requiring in-person attendance. The compensation package is competitive, offering up to PKR 150,000 per month on a tiered base salary model that includes commission and incentives. Additional benefits include annual and anniversary bonuses, punctuality rewards, as well as weekday and birthday allowances. Candidates will undergo an assessment of their English communication skills as part of the recruitment process.
