Responsibilities
Lead the administrative operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring all processes comply with regulatory standards and support organizational goals.
Develop and execute strategic plans that drive process improvements and optimize office management practices.
Oversee and mentor a team of 30 administrative professionals, fostering teamwork, professional development, and effective communication.
Manage hospital administration activities, coordinating with clinical and operational departments to maintain seamless healthcare delivery.
Supervise healthcare project management efforts, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
Administer human resources management functions related to administrative staff, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and training.
Monitor and enhance the use of internal communication platforms to facilitate clear and consistent information flow across the organization.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and corporate policies by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align administrative functions with organizational objectives and healthcare standards.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on administrative performance, project status, and compliance to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality within administrative operations.
Manage corporate communication efforts to properly represent the foundation’s vision, priorities, and achievements.
