Shoe Salesman

Job Description

EBH is seeking a dedicated Shoe Salesman to join our retail team near the Clifton area. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in shoe sales and demonstrate strong customer service skills. This role focuses on providing excellent assistance to customers by sharing detailed product knowledge, managing inventory effectively, and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. The candidate must be under 30 years old and able to commit to delivering a positive shopping experience for all clients while maintaining the company's standards.
Responsibilities
 

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting footwear that meets their needs and preferences.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of shoe products, including styles, brands, and features.
• Manage inventory by tracking stock levels and organizing stock replenishment using appropriate software.
• Ensure the stores visual merchandising standards are maintained with neat and appealing displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, cards, and returns.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other retail staff to create a positive and efficient shopping environment.
• Stay informed about current market trends and customer preferences to assist in product selection.
