Hub K Trading is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic prospecting. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software and a proactive approach to lead generation will be crucial in succeeding in this role.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, manage accounts, and monitor sales performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitive positioning.
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, networking, and attending relevant events.
  • Negotiate sales deals effectively to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of products and market trends to offer tailored solutions to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the specified time frames.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
