Social Media Manager

Job Description

Lakhani Builders is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance the company’s presence across various social media platforms. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative social media strategies that elevate the brand and engage the target audience effectively. You will lead a team of three professionals, coordinating efforts to produce compelling content, manage paid advertising campaigns, and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has between three to five years of experience in digital media marketing, with prior exposure to luxury real estate or premium property branding. You will be responsible for managing Meta Ads campaigns and collaborating closely with creative talent to produce high-quality content. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools is essential, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in the field.
Responsibilities
 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the positioning of a luxury real estate brand
• Manage and grow Lakhani Builders' presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Build and manage high-performing Meta Ads campaigns including audience targeting, retargeting, and budget optimisation
• Oversee content calendars and ensure a consistent, premium-quality output across all digital channels
• Brief and coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for content production
• Monitor performance metrics and present clear, actionable reports to senior management
• Manage the digital marketing budget and maximise return on investment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in digital media marketing with proven exposure to luxury real estate or a premium property brand
• Deep understanding of the luxury real estate buyer and how to communicate with them effectively
• Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads including advanced targeting and campaign optimisation
• Strong content sensibility with a clear eye for premium quality
• Proficiency in social media management tools and digital analytics platforms
• Excellent written communication skills in English with proficiency in Urdu being an advantage
